Language Arts - We will have a spelling pretest on The Red Kayak tomorrow. Students received their spelling lists today in class. The challenge words should not be studied for the pretest. Students will not be required to take the Spelling test this Friday if they score 100% on the pretest tomorrow.
Social Studies - Read silently for 15 minutes before bed.

We had a very successful first day! It was very nice meeting all of the 5th grade students. There is no written homework this evening for Language Arts and Social Studies.
